We use:
- Strictly necessary cookies to run the Site; and, where required by law and with your consent,
- Analytics/measurement cookies and communication widgets (e.g., WhatsApp).
Manage preferences via your browser settings and our cookie banner (where available).
4) How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to deliver and protect the Services:
- Affiliate carriers/partners to fulfill your ride.

- Authorities and legal requests where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud.

We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Sensitive driver documents are never shared outside the limited verification/legal scenarios described above.
5) International Data Transfers
We may process and store data in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required (e.g., EEA/UK), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and transfer risk assessments.
6) Information Security
We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit/at rest, network segmentation, role-based access, MFA for privileged users, minimum-retention policies, and staff training. No method is 100% secure, but if a data breach is likely to affect you, we will notify you and regulators as the law requires.
7) Your Privacy Rights
7.1 EEA/UK/Other Regions (where applicable)
You may access, correct, delete, object to or restrict processing, and port your data; and withdraw consent when consent is the legal basis. You may lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
7.2 United States (e.g., CA/VA/CO/CT/UT)
You may request to know/access, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising (which we do not conduct). We do not discriminate for exercising rights.
How to exercise rights: email vukea3030@gmail.com. We may ask for reasonable identity verification. We will respond within the time frames required by law.
Do Not Track: We do not currently respond to browser DNT signals.
8) Retention & Deletion
We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal/accounting obligations, then securely delete or anonymize it.
- Passenger booking records: typically up to 6 years (accounting/claims), unless law requires otherwise.
- Operational logs (including on-duty geolocation): typically 12–24 months, unless needed for an active investigation.
- Sensitive driver documents: retained while the driver is active, and after deactivation generally 2–5 years solely for regulatory compliance or dispute resolution, then securely deleted or reduced to minimal anonymized metadata (e.g., verification date).
- You may request earlier deletion; if legal retention applies, we will restrict access and erase as soon as allowed.
9) Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to remove it.
10) Communications & Preferences
We send transactional emails and messages about your bookings. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. You cannot opt out of essential service messages while a booking is active.
11) Third-Party Links & Services
